The POWER Of The G-BOMBS Part I (The MEDICINE FOODS Of God) - GREEN VEGETABLES

This is the first video in the new, revised version of The Minister Of Wellness's popular series. He discusses the powerful healing properties of greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, and seeds. In this introductory video, The Minister goes over the importance of green vegetables being the foundation of our eating style.

THE MINISTER OF WELLNESS 3 POUND SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

kale, romaine lettuce, and spinach
2 organic apples
2 organic mangoes
1 large red onion
Organic red, black, or green grapes
2 cups of Pistachio nuts
1 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
1 Pineapple
4-6 Oranges
2/3 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Raw Organic Almonds

Directions:

Finely chop kale, romaine lettuce, and spinach until it almost fills up a large storage bowl.
Chop the apples, mangoes, onion, and grapes and add to the leafy greens
Grind the pistachio nuts and pumpkin seeds and add them to the bowl
Mix everything, and you'll have a HUGE bowl of salad

HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING:

Chop and add the pineapple, oranges, balsamic vinegar, almonds, and 1 full cup of purified water to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth
