"Chatta," the Hebrew word for "sin" is translated that way to make you think religious rather than civil. Satan did that to conceal the fact that God is a King and a King is the government of the Kingdom. As the King, he is the only judge and therefore breaking the "law" of a King is a civil crime which is a moral issue. So the Hebrew word "Chatta" should have been translated as "crime' and "sinners" which is the Hebrew plural "Chattaim" should be translated as "criminals" because it is a plural adjective.

Here, we will solve the mystery by proving it is Rome. Daniel 12 then goes on to talk about the rise of Islam and dates the Dome of the Rock.
