Did Paul teach Replacement Theology? Galatians 3 and 4 teaches the nation of Israel has been divorced by God, and the Church replaced the Israelites in God's covenant promises. However, the covenant was never about some vague “spiritual seed” but the physical descendants of Jacob.

Paul takes significant liberties in his “quotation” of scripture, twisting the original context to fit his theological agenda. How else can Paul say in Galatians 3 that the promises were made to Abraham and thy seed, which is Christ?
