Is the "historical setting" of the Apocrypha within the so-called "400 Silent Years" between Malachi and Matthew? Were the books of the Apocrypha "written" within these same 400 years? What is the relationship between the Books of Ezra and 1 and 2 Esdras (identical, overlapping, or distinct)?
