How to Make Avocado Dressing & A Big Hearty Healthy Salad
How to make Creamy Avocado Dressing:
1 Avocado
2 Lemons.
1/2 Stalk Celerly
½ Green Onion
Dill
Celantro
1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
Organic Salt (Himalayan or Sea Salt)
1/2 a Jalapeno Pepper
3-5 Cloves Garlic
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 of a Cucumber
Dice all ingredients, squeeze in lemon, mince Jalapeno, press in garlic. Blenderize till smooth and creamy!
Big Hearty Salad of the Day:
Leaves
Micro Greens
Avocado
Cabbage
Mixed Greens
Baby Tomatoes
Watercress
Sauerkraut with Carrots
Roasted Veggies:
1 Onion
Okra
Cauliflower
Brussel sprouts
Jerusalem Sunchokes
Nuts & Seeds (Sprouted are best)
Almonds
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Slice up romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage. Assemble and mix together with dressing. The roasted vegetables are high in glutathione. The acidity of the tomatoes, the jalapenos fight critters. Everything is working to improve your stomach life. This is like a hearty meal, it’s got nut meats and seeds in it. So it’ll satiate and satisfy you, especially when you add the creamy avocado dressing.
