Live from UN Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Monument

I am apart of The Samuel Dewitt Proctor Delegation to the UN Commission on The Status of Women and I wanted to share a video from the Trans-Atlantic Slavery Monument: The Ark of Return which was designed in 2015 by Haitian-American architect Rodney Leon.

The focus of the monument is the triangle trade of enslaved Hebrews for sugar/molasses which was turned into rum proving the prophecy of Joel 3:3 true “They cast lots for my people and traded boys for prostitutes; they sold girls for wine to drink.”

👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿Though I do not put my hope or trust in the UN it’s good for Hebrews to be in these spaces to find out the plans they have for our people. This monument shows that the world knows what was done to our people and on the day of judgment no one will be without excuse.
