Do foreign governments have the right to pontificate/coerce native government on domestic policy? For e.g if the continent of Africa made a new domestic law does it have the right to impose this policy overseas onto Asian/European Governments?
Likewise, if the continent of Europe made a new law does it have the right to impose this policy overseas onto Asian/European Governments?
