Yahuwah has decreed and promised to make a new covenant with the house Judah and the house of Israel. This is good news for the scattered descendants of the northern kingdom- Israel and the southern kingdom -Judah.
But when will this new covenant be established? Based on what will it be established? and who are the participants that will sign the new agreement for the new covenant? When will the new covenant go into effect?
