Actually, it sounds like He wanted you to make that move earlier but you didn't heed when your friend first mentioned the FMC position. So He had to 'motivate' you. :-) HE knows us so well.

Your story and stories like yours puts a fire under me to be as focused and determined as possible to succeed in the various businesses I have created. One of my many goals is to be so successful in our various platforms that we can hire our own qualified people and at a living wage! None of us shoud have to go through what you went through, yet most of us have a similar story. Especially that of training either our replacements or soon to be supervisors. Insane.
