It refers to the period that began with the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple by Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonians. It also includes what is commonly referred to as the church age that began at Pentecost. We will examine the last Gentile kingdom that conquered and dominated the nation of Israel and scattered its people around the world.
