Prep Time:  20 mins
Cook Time:  60 mins
Total Time:  1 hour 20 mins



Serves/Yield: About 20 large



 
Ingredients

1 ¼ cup water

½ cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Raw Whole flax seeds

¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Raw Ground flax seeds

½ cup Whole Seed chia seeds

½ cup Raw sunflower seeds

½ cup Raw pumpkin seeds

½ cup coconut flour

½ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

Your choice of seasonings such as black pepper, chili, onion or garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, or thyme, pressed garlic, parslely, minced green onion.









Instructions

1).
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2). In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together plus whatever additional seasonings you might want and stir until combined.

3).
Let sit 10 minutes to allow the flax and chia seeds to become somewhat gelatinous.

4).
Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment and spray with cooking spray or 1 tbsp coconut oil.

5).
Spread mixture out, pressing until the sheet is less than ¼ inch thick.

6).
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and slice into crackers (a pizza cutter is super-handy).

7).
Carefully turn the crackers over and put them back in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes.

8). Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.

9). Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge, they will stay fresh for a week.

Is Judea in west Africa because it was named that? No. But the people were there. Ghana was called Gad. Is it the territory of Gad in Israel? No. That is your indicator.

No. So we see our people travelling all over the world naming their new lands off of Israel and Jurusalem. Even New York City has been called the "New Jerusalem" but it's Babylon. Gerson Citrus Juice

Juicing Citrus: The Flavonoids in citrus may halt cancer cell growth and slow down tutor progression. They may also reduce plaque formation in your arteries and improve blood circulation.

Ingredients:
1 Grapefruit
2 Oranges
1 lemon (optional)
add more if necessary.

This solution is made from 33 mg each of potassium acetate, monophosphate and gluconate (100 g bottle of powder) diluted in 32 oz. of distilled water. Typical dosage may vary from 1-4 teaspoons 10 times a day of the prepared solution, representing 1.5 to 6 grams of potassium per day. This medication is added in equal amounts to each of the carrot-apple, green and orange juices (but not the pure carrot juice) daily, typically 1 to 4 teaspoons per juice. This is for people with cancer and serious autoimmune illnesses. Not for the ordinary juicing person.

The fruit consists of a stem at the top and blossom side at the bottom. Slice the fruit along the equator of the fruit. Expose the fruit sacs and pegs of the citrus fruit like a flower, so they can yield the juice more readily. Slice citrus fruit into two hemispheres (*not from stem to bottom) to expose the vesicles.

Remove any exposed seeds.

Drive the reemer into the vesicles at the flower of the fruit. Juice lemons, oranges and grapefruit or any combination there of until you get 8 ounces. Spoon out any additional seeds, or pour through a sieve into your drinking glass. But it is ideal to have the pulp should stay in to help get the gut moving.

Ideal for body and cellular detoxification used in concert with coffee enemas. This is the ideal way to start your day. And the citrus oils, and flavour, aroma is a beautiful and stimulating way to wake up.
