How to get the gift of the Holy Spirit?
Repent of sins, be baptized into Christ for the remission of sins and you shall receive the gift of the holy Spirit. Obey the Bible from Genesis to Revelation for the laws and rules for holy living that are still in effect. For the laws changed or abolished read Hebrews and the New Testament. The commandments etc are never abolished and some laws, ordinances, judgements, holy days, Sabbats etc are to be taught in each generation.
