Remembering the Legacy of our Ancestors - Timbuktu is one of the world's oldest seats of learning. Its library is believed to have contained hundreds of thousands of manuscripts. But libraries in African cities, especially in Timbuktu were deliberately burned down during colonial rule and thousands of cultural artifacts were plundered. In this session, we will look at the real hidden treasures in West Africa and remember the legacy of our ancestors. #history #legacyofourancestors
