Take care of yourself Yisrael!

⁣This is a message to ALL Yisrael to LISTEN to your body! Don't downplay any odd feelings or pains. It's better that you take heed to save your life (Yah willing) than to ignore things and lose it! It's better to trust Yah for any medical debt than to NOT go to the hospital and get things checked out when your body feels off and not functioning normal. Let us take care of the Temple the Most High entrusted to us my people. Tomorrow is not promised yet we do have control over our actions and ability to apply wisdom when Yah allows us to have breath. May the Most High keep and bless you Yisrael - Shalam, Shalom, Shalawam!
