Spiritual Tank is the fourth of CPR's leadership series. The second episode in this series, titled "Name Matters," delves into the profound connection between our names, our life's purpose, and how we portray our character. Today's episode explores the idea that understanding and living up to the legacy associated with one's name is a critical step in self-discovery. It encourages listeners to reflect on the meaning and origin of their names (in this case, Yashar'el as well as the name you might have adopted while in the truth), considering the stories of our patriarchs and matriarchs. Ultimately, "Name Matters" serves as a reminder that the name of Yashar'el or Israel is of profound importance to our legacy as the children of Israel. Thus, during the awakening, we must do well to preserve the name and the inheritance that awaits us.

⁣In this crucial third episode of CPR's leadership and spiritual development series "Getting Rid of Old Ways, we disclose the importance of focusing on the act of "Rid." Today's journey is about understanding and addressing the root of the problem. Many old ways persist not because they are inherently good, but because they are serving some underlying, often unconscious, need or fear. We provide four bullet points as strategies for peeling back the layers to uncover why these old ways were adopted in the first place, what purpose they might have served (even if counterproductive now), and what deeper beliefs or patterns are keeping them in place. The overarching biblical precepts for Cultivating Character are taken from Leviticus 19 and Exodus 23. Today, we included John 15:1-2 (I AM the VINE), Matthew 7:16-20(You Will Know Them by Their Fruit), the sower parable from Mark 4:16-17, and Psalm 1:3 (tree planted by streams of water).

Think of the God of Israel's character: long-suffering, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. These aren't just incidental traits; they are the fundamental components of His divine nature. And as His children, these aren't merely suggestions for us to strive for; they are the very characteristics we are called to embody and cultivate within ourselves. Developing these virtues isn't an option. Let's take the time together to hone our character.
