'Her parents also were righteous, and taught their daughter according to the Torah of Mosheh. 'Now Yahuyaqiym was a great rich man, and had a fair garden joining unto his house: and to him resorted the Yahudiym; because he was more honourable than all others. 'The same year were appointed two of the ancients of the people to be judges, such as YAHUAH spoke of, that wickedness came from Babel from ancient judges, who seemed to govern the people. 'These kept much at Yo'akiym's house: and all that had any suits in law came unto them. 'Now when the people departed away at noon, Shushanah went into her man's garden to walk. 'And the two elders saw her going in every day, and walking; so that their lust was inflamed toward her. 'And they perverted their own mind, and turned away their eyes, that they might not look unto heaven, nor remember just judgments. 'And albeit they both were wounded with her love, yet dared not one show another his grief. 'For they were ashamed to declare their lust, that they desired to have to do with her. 'Yet they watched diligently from day to day to see her. 'And the one said to the other, Let us now go home: for it is dinner time. 'So when they were gone out, they parted the one from the other, and turning back again they came to the same place; and after that they had asked one another the cause, they acknowledged their lust: then appointed they a time both together, when they might find her alone. 'And it fell out, as they watched a fit time, she went in as before with two maids only, and she was desirous to wash herself in the garden: for it was hot. 'And there was nobody there save the two elders, that had hid themselves, and watched her. 'Then she said to her maids, Bring me oil and washing balls, and shut the garden doors, that I may wash me. 'And they did as she bade them, and shut the garden doors, and went out themselves at privy doors to fetch the things that she had commanded them: but they saw not the elders, because they were hid. 'Now when the maids were gone forth, the two elders rose up, and ran unto her, saying, 'Behold, the garden doors are shut, that no man can see us, and we are in love with you; therefore consent unto us, and lie with us. 'If you will not, we will bear witness against you, that a young man was with you: and therefore you did send away your maids from you. 'Then Shushanah sighed, and said, I am straitened on every side: for if I do this thing, it is death unto me: and if I do it not I cannot escape your hands. 'It is better for me to fall into your hands, and not do it, than to sin in the sight of YAHUAH. 'With that Shushanah cried with a loud voice: and the two elders cried out against her. 'Then ran the one, and opened the garden door. 'So when the servants of the house heard the cry in the garden, they rushed in at the privy door, to see what was done unto her. 'But when the elders had declared their matter, the servants were greatly ashamed: for there was never such a report made of Shushanah. 'And it came to pass the next day, when the people were assembled to her man Yahuyaqiym, the two elders came also full of mischievous imagination against Shushanah to put her to death; 'And said before the people, Send for Shushanah, the daughter of Qelkyahu, Yo'akiym's woman. And so they sent. 'So she came with her father and mother, her children, and all her kindred. 'Now Shushanah was a very delicate woman, and beauteous to behold. 'And these wicked men commanded to uncover her face, (for she was covered) that they might be filled with her beauty. 'Therefore her friends and all that saw her wept. 'Then the two elders stood up in the midst of the people, and laid their hands upon her head. 'And she weeping looked up toward heaven: for her heart trusted in YAHUAH. 'And the elders said, As we walked in the garden alone, this woman came in with two maids, and shut the garden doors, and sent the maids away. 'Now Shushanah was a very delicate woman, and beauteous to behold. 'And these wicked men commanded to uncover her face, (for she was covered) that they might be filled with her beauty. 'Therefore her friends and all that saw her wept. 'Then the two elders stood up in the midst of the people, and laid their hands upon her head. 'You know that they have borne false witness against me, and, behold, I must die; whereas I never did such things as these men have maliciously invented against me. 'And YAHUAH heard her voice. Therefore when she was led to be put to death, YAHUAH raised up the ruach ha'qodesh.

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: But as he which has called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judges according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of MASHIACH, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who truly was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in YAHUAH, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your belief and hope might be in YAHUAH. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the Truth through the RUACH unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born from the beginning, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of YAHUAH, which lives and abides forever. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower thereof falls away:

WHEREFORE laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that YAHUAH is gracious. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of YAH, and precious, Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to YAHUAH by YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH. Wherefore also it is contained in the Scripture, Behold, I lay in Tsiyon a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be confounded. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your belief virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience the fear of YAH; And to the fear of YAH, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our ADONAI YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH. But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our ADONAI and Saviour YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH. Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our ADONAI YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH has showed me. Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance. For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our ADONAI YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For he received from YAHUAH the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my yachiyd, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the brilliance arises in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before YAHUAH. But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: ...

If thieves came to you, if robbers by night, (how are you cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grapegatherers came to you, would they not leave some grapes? How are the things of Esau searched out! how are his hidden things sought up! All the men of your confederacy have brought you even to the border: the men that were at peace with you have deceived you, and prevailed against you; they that eat your bread have laid a wound under you: there is no understanding in him. Shall I not in that day, says YAHUAH, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the Mount of Esau? And your mighty men, O Teyman, shall be dismayed, to the end that everyone of the Mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter. You should not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yea, you should not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity; Neither should you have stood in the crossway, to cut off those of his that את eth-did escape; neither should you have delivered up those of his that did remain in the day of distress. For the day of YAHUAH is near upon all the heathen: as you have done, it shall be done unto you: your reward shall return upon your own head. For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been. But upon Mount Tsiyon shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Ya`aqov shall possess את eth their possessions. And the house of Ya`aqov shall be a fire, and the house of Yoceph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for YAHUAH has spoken it. And they of the Negev shall possess את eth-the Mount of Esau; and they of the plain the את eth- Pelishtiym: and they shall possess את eth-the fields of Ephrayim, and את eth the fields of Shomeron: and Binyamiyn shall possess את eth-Gil'ad. And the captivity of this host of the children of Yashar'el shall possess that of the Kena`aniym, even unto Tsarephath; and the captivity of Yerushalayim, which is in Cepharad, shall possess את eth the cities of the Negev. And saviours shall come up on את eth-Mount Tsiyon to judge the Mount of Esau; and the Kingdom shall be YAHUAH'S. OVADYAHU (OBADIAH)
