When Esther’s words were reported to Mordecai, he sent back this answer:
“Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape.
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish.
And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

Come, we must deal shrewdly with them or they will become even more numerous and, if war breaks out, will join our enemies, fight against us and leave the country.

God is faithful to his promises even when humans are unfaithful and crooked in our ways.
For his holy name's sake, He has promised to salvage a remnant of the descendants of Israel from among the nations. He will not completely exterminate all Israel descendants because of our error.
Therefore God has not completely rejected the people He first knew and the only people He has known. The people He formed for His praise and glory.
Yahuwah will show mercy to Jacob and will redeem a remnant of His people of Israel. This is just as it is written in the scriptures.
