When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles.

God's Message is to the Hebrews descendants of Abraham scattered among the nations of the earth today. These are the ones serving the will - the punishment imposed on them until it ends. His message is to help guide the chosen ones among them of the things our God is doing at every generation and intersection of time.
