Nutritious banana cake.
Ingredients: 6 very, very, ripe bananas, 4-6 cups of almond nut flour, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, one egg or egg substitute, or 1/4 cup egg white, cinnamon. Mix egg, and almond milk, with 1/4 tsp of olive oil. Subsequently, slowly add your flour. Once you have a solid texture, let set for 45mins—oil or spray pam baking on a baking pan. Add your layers before pouring the flour content (that is, your fruits, nuts, etc.)—Bake at 225 degrees for 45mins, followed by frequent baking test checks. Then enjoy.....
