For generations, Babylon ruled through pride, oppression, deception, and rebellion against Yahuah, believing she could never fall. But now her sins have reached heaven, and the time of her punishment has begun. This decree signals the start of her collapse, economic shaking, political chaos, destruction, and confusion. It also serves as a warning to the righteous to “come out of her” and separate from her ways, so they do not share in her plagues. At the same time, this decree vindicates the people of Yahuah, especially those whom Babylon oppressed, scattered, and silenced.
