Selina’s Nut Seed Crackers

Cook Time: 60 mins
Total Time: 1 hour 20 mins
Serves/Yield: About 20 large
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup water
½ cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Raw Whole flax seeds
¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Raw Ground flax seeds
½ cup Whole Seed chia seeds
½ cup Raw sunflower seeds
½ cup Raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt
Your choice of seasonings such as black pepper, chili, onion or garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, or thyme, pressed garlic, parslely, minced green onion.
Instructions
1).
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2). In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together plus whatever additional seasonings you might want and stir until combined.
3).
Let sit 10 minutes to allow the flax and chia seeds to become somewhat gelatinous.
4).
Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment and spray with cooking spray or 1 tbsp coconut oil.
5).
Spread mixture out, pressing until the sheet is less than ¼ inch thick.
6).
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and slice into crackers (a pizza cutter is super-handy).
7).
Carefully turn the crackers over and put them back in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes.
8). Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
9). Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge, they will stay fresh for a week.

How to make Thai Keto Vegan Green Coconut Curry
Cruciferous plants fight cancer they are high in sulfur and glutathione. Hot spicy foods are great for helping you sweat and detoxify, cleansing the blood, they work to detox the liver and remove any unwanted critters from your gut. The coconut milk kills yeast and the turmeric helps reduce inflammation. Overall, this is a super “Smart Meal.”
Ingredients.
2 c. Aroy-D Coconut Milk
1- 3 Tbsp. Aroy-D Green Curry Paste
1.5 Zucchini
1 Eggplant
2 small Onions
4 cloves Garlic
2 Green Onions
½ a medium sized Jalapeno
½ Green Pepper
½ Stalk Celery
1 finger Turmeric root
1 finger Garlic root
¼ c. Cilantro
Kale
Swiss Chard
Small Head Broccoli
¾ c. Cabbage
3 Optional Tbsp. Peanut Butter
¼ c. Water
Spiralize or "zoodle" 1.5 zucchinis. Chop up one eggplant. Finely chop celery, onions, green or red peppers & half a jalapeno. Chiffonade kale, swiss chard, cabbage & chop a small head broccoli. Set aside kale and chard together. Set aside broccoli stems, kale and chard stems with cabbage. Mince two inches ginger and a finger of turmeric root. Add about 4 cloves pressed garlic to onions, celery and peppers. Mince cilantro.
Oil pan with 1 tbsp. coconut oil. Sautee ginger, turmeric, onions, garlic, green peppers & celery.
Sautee on a medium to high heat for 1 minute.Sautee ginger, tumeric, onions, garlic, green peppers & celery. Sautee on a medium to high heat for 1 minute in an iron wok or pan.
And set aside.
Lightly sauté cabbage, Kale, chard and broccoli stems, till bright. Add a splash of water, just to help steam & brighten.
Place one tsp coconut oil in pan. Add 1 to 3 Tbsp. Aroy-D green curry paste. Add a splash of water to blend spices, herbs & cocout milk. Add about 3 optional Tbsp. organic peanut butter. (Cashew or almond butter works too. ) Blend with mixture. Add 1/2 c. coconut milk. Now add back in your sautéed peppers, onions, ginger, garlic and turmeric, your deglazer eggplant, add 1 c. coconut milk. Add your zoodles and broccoli... And cover to steam a minute. Uncover and integrate, so the spices cook into the greens. Add cilantro last. And cover till simmering on a medium to LOW heat. Add coconut milk for desired consistency. Simmer for a few seconds. Serve immediately, while veggies are still bright.

1 Sweet Pepper
Eggplant
Zucchini
Two small Onions
3 Cloves Garlic
Sea Salt OMIT FOR GERSON

Fresh Thyme
Fresh Bay Leaf
Dried:
Organic Oregano
Organic Basil
Fresh Oregano

2 Spaghetti Squash
Vegan Pesto (BEST TO OMIT THIS ON GERSON Simply use fresh oregano and thyme to season as Basil is not permitted)
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 Tsp. Fresh Thyme
1 Tsp. Fresh Oregano
2 Lemons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Zucchini
2 Bunches Fresh Basil
½ C. Pine nuts OMIT PINE NUTS FOR GERSON!!!!!! Use Flax Oil 1 Tbsp.
3 cloves Garlic
Boil a couple of gallons of water. Blanche 5 pounds of tomatoes in the boiling water for about 3 minutes. Plunge into cold water and peel. Dice.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (220 degrees for Gerson). Oil Pan with olive oil.PLACE A BIT OF DISTILLED WATER IN INSTEAD OF OIL FOR GERSON. Slice spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds to bake along side squash. Wash and season seeds. Place on baking sheet. Put some oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper on the squash. Turn over. Prick 4 times or more with fork tines to allow moisture to escape and steam to cook the squash. Bake in oven for 40 minutes, or until spaghetti squash peels out like spaghetti. But cool first for about 15 minutes.
Press garlic. Mince onions. Chop zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, peppers into large rustic, bite sized chunks.
(FOR GERSON COOK ONIONS, GARLIC ON LOW IN DISTILLED WATER UNTIL TRANSLUSCENT) Sautee onions and garlic, when translucent, add mushrooms and red peppers. Sautee until they sweat. Add tomatoes. Add zucchini and eggplant. Add fresh and dried herbs and salt (NO SALT FOR GERSON) and pepper. Heat slowly on low till the dish simmers. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
OMIT PINE NUTS FOR GERSON!!!!!! Use Flax Oil 1 Tbsp.
Mean time, make Pesto Sauce:
Place garlic, basil, pine nuts, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add some pesto to Ratatouille simmer.
Blanche asparagus. Zoodle Zucchini noodles.
Pull Spaghetti Squash out of the pods and add to Ratatouille. Simmer for about 5 minutes and serve mixed together, or serve separate with Ratatouille on Spaghetti squash.
Place Zoodles and asparagus on a bed of multi-leaf lettuce, tomatoes and sauerkraut. Mix some pesto into your dressing. Toss and serve with Ratatouille.

How to Wash Prep and Store For Juicing Lifestyle
How to Make Gut Healing Home Made Fermented Organic SAUERKRAUT
1 Large Organic Cabbage
2 Tablespoons Salt
1- 2 large Bowls
Optional 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar w/ Mother
1 Large Clove Garlic
Optional Kefir grains
Optional 2 Cups water
1-3 Glass fermenting jars.
Surgical Gloves
Insure all surfaces are clean. Wash cabbage in Salt and vinegar, or internal use peroxide water mix. See my video on Vegetable washes.
Wear gloves.
Set aside a cabbage leaf for pressing mixture down into jar. Slice cabbage in halt, then slice Finely and neatly into slivers, you may also grate it or use a mandolyn.
Put salt on cabbage. Mix in thoroughly, wearing gloves, and let sit for 2 to 5 hours, until broken down resulting in a cup of liquid. Or add the salt to 2 cups distilled water and mix into cabbage.
Punch down into jars to insure no air is in the mixture. Add the liquid until cabbage is fully submerged. Place a cabbage leaf and a sanitary puck or lid that is smaller than the opening of your jar to insure cabbage remains submerged. Place lid on. Burp 1 to 2 times a day. Wait 4 to 7 days until fermented. Bubbles and gas throughout mixture is a sure indicator.
